LESLIE SPEAKER ACCESSORIES
LBG-10 BEARING GROMMET
|
The LBG-10 is a reproduction of the original #543-051037 grommet used
in the lower rotor bearings as well as in the idler spring assembly of
many Leslie models.
Sold in packages of 10 only.
Click on photo for enlargement |
LCO-1A CROSSOVER
|
Allows older two channel Leslie speakers like the 710 and 720 to function
as single channel cabinets making them much easier to utilize with a wide
variety of instruments. As originally manufactured, these older cabinets
do not function acceptably with single channel full frequency range signals.
Click on photo for enlargement |
The LCO-1A provides an active crossover which keeps low bass signals (below
150 HZ) out of the rotary channel where they could cause damage to the
small rotosonic speaker. These signals are routed instead through
the stationary channel to the 15" speaker where they are properly handled.
LIA-1 IDLER ASSEMBLY
|
The LIA-1 is an improved version of the original #522-050708 idler
spring assembly. A slightly oversized wheel helps provide longer
operating life. Used to tension the treble horn drive belt in the
following Leslie models:
21H, 22H, 22R, 45, 47, 51, X77L, X77P, 122, 122R, 122RV, 122V, 142,

GNR-1A and GNR-2A GENERATOR NOTE REPLACEMENT
|
A cost effective alternative to removing and disassembling Hammond
tone wheel generators when defective frequencies are encountered.
Simple three wire installation. Generates a sine wave output of any
tone wheel frequency. The GNR-1A has a built in power supply and
will replace one frequency. Each GNR-2A will replace a single additional
frequency, but has no power supply, relying on that of the GNR-1A.
As many as three GNR-2A units may be powered by a single GNR-1A.
|
|
Click on photo for enlargement |
NOTE: The GNR-1A and GNR-2A are not usable to replace pedal frequencies
on spinet organs, since these tone wheel outputs are not sine wave signals.
KBF-1 UPSTOP FELT
|
The KBF-1 is an exact reproduction of the #042-022369 B-3 type upstop
felt. An essential part of any Hammond console restoration or busbar
lube job, it helps restore the "new feel" and quiet operation to the keyboard.
Easily installed on late A-100, B-3, C-3, D-100, and RT-3 organs. (These
organs are identified by front strips that are secured with Phillips head
screws.)
Also usable on earlier consoles. However, front strip removal
on these organs requires substantial disassembly of the keyboards.
Click on photo for enlargement |
KBF-2 DOWNSTOP FELT
|
The KBF-2 is an exact reproduction of the #042-001701 B-3 type downstop

MRB-MTG MUSIC RACK BASE MOUNTING SCREWS
|
Exact replacement for the #999-006009 brown oval head mounting screws
used to secure the music rack mounting base in standard tonewheel consoles.
Replaces missing or damaged originals.

OBL-2 LINE OUTPUT BOX
|
The OBL-2 allows standard Hammond consoles to be connected via a 1/4"
output jack to an external amplification system. The box is made
from heavy gauge anodized aluminum and easily mounts under the generator
shelf or other convenient location. The unit has both an overall
output and one that is low pass filtered. The low pass output is
useful when using a bass amp to reinforce the organ low end. A level
control is provided to allow the output signal to be adjusted to match
the amplifier input requirements.
Click on photo for enlargement |
NOTE: Most commercial and musical instrument amplifiers are not
designed for organ use and will not give the same sound quality as a Leslie
or Hammond tone cabinet. However there are circumstances where connecting
to an external amplifier is still desirable. These include temporary
installations, rental instruments, and adding a bass amp to give the organ
more low end power.
NOTE: Pre-amps in early console models (A, AB, AV, B, BA,
BC, BCV, BV, C, CV, D, DV, and G) receive their DC operating voltage from
the tone cabinet and will not produce an output if the tone cabinet
is disconnected.
OBX SERIES OUTLET BOXES
|
The OBX series of outlet boxes are the same size, shape and color as
those originally provided on BV, B-2, and B-3 organs. OBX units may
be used to replace damaged or missing outlet boxes as well as to upgrade
older consoles not originally equipped with outlet boxes. Designed
to be mounted on either side of the console, end to end (multiple units),
or in an inverted position (for C style cases).
Click on photo for enlargement |
AVAILABLE IN THE FOLLOWING BASIC CONFIGURATIONS:
-

many as 4 pre-wired tone cabinet connectors in virtually any combination
of pre-wired 5, 6, 9 or 11 pin types. (Do not exceed power switch
rating.)

LINE VOLTAGE CONSIDERATIONS
When used outside of the U.S., special care must be given to specify
the correct line voltage for all products which require connection to the
AC power line. Although many products are available in both 110 Volt
and 220/240 Volt versions, this is not the case for every product.
In addition, because a product may be installed inside an organ which is
connected to an external step-down transformer, the fact that the local
line voltage is 220/240 Volt does not automatically determine that the
220/240 Volt version of a product is appropriate. The following information
is provided to make selection easier. If further assistance is required,
please contact the factory.

-
The 110 Volt version is appropriate for use in organs which were originally
manufactured to function on 110 Volts. This includes 110 Volt organs
being used in 220/240 Volt areas with an external 220 to 110 Volt step-down
transformer.
-
The 220/240 Volt version is appropriate for use in organs which were originally
manufactured to function on 220/240 Volts, or have been converted to 220/240
Volts by replacing the internal motors and amplifiers with 220/240 Volt
parts.
SPECIAL NOTES REGARDING THE UC-1A:
The UC-1A is available in both 110 Volt and 220/240
Volt versions. However, since the AC power supplied to the UC-1A
is passed along to the Leslie 6 and 9 pin connectors, the UC-1A must be
ordered with the same voltage rating as the Leslie(s) being used.
EXAMPLES:
-
If you have a 110 Volt Leslie, and 110 Volt line voltage....
Use 110 Volt UC-1A
-
If you have a 220/240 Volt Leslie, and 220/240 Volt line voltage....
Use 220/240 Volt UC-1A
-
If you have a 110 Volt Leslie, and 220/240 Volt line voltage....
Use 110 Volt UC-1A, and plug the UC-1A into an external 220 to 110
Volt step-down transformer
IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING 220/240V LESLIES IN THE
147 FAMILY: 220/240V Leslies in the 147 family were manufactured
with either a 120V or 240V tremolo control relay. The UC-1A can be
made compatible with either type, however the relay voltage of the particular
unit MUST be determined first so that the UC-1A can be configured properly.
Contact the factory for assistance in determining the requirements of your
particular unit.
