Letter written to my Son's, Daughter In-Law's, and Granddaughter Christmas 2002

"Concerning Salvation"

Without and before the word of God you are lost and unaware of being lost.

Perhaps you attribute your circumstance of life to your destiny as one who although possibly content with yourself, believes the delusion that some are born to a great inheritance of intellect or luxury, and your life is to be one who settles for less.

"But the natural man receiveth not the thing of the Spirit of God; for they are foolishness unto Him" I Cor. 2:14.

The Holy Bible through Paul states "If our gospel be hid, It is hid." The Bible also states "To them that are lost: in whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not". The majority of people have their morality well within their own grasp, they have no sense of need of the Gospel. It is God who creates of which no human being is conscious until God manifests Himself. Jesus said, "Ask, and it shall be given you," but God cannot give until a man or woman asks. It is not that He withholds, but that that is the way He has constituted things on the basis of redemption.

By means of our asking, God gets processes into work whereby He creates the thing that is not in existence. The inner reality of Redemption is that, Redemption creates all the time.

Your family or other groups cannot save your soul and give you eternal life, no matter what the devil may tell you.

Nothing can save you other than victory in God, asking God yourself in prayer, in the Blessed Name of His Son Jesus Christ of Nazareth; for forgiveness and salvation.

No body can do it for you. You must attempt each day, with a daily walk in grace (which is mercy from God, only after you accept Christ as your pattern) with Christ as your guide.

Salvation is Free, you can't live perfect, you can't earn it. Only through learning of the true gift of God, through Jesus Christ of Nazareth can you receive Salvation.

There is a lot of deceitful teaching about doing good works for salvation, partaking in the Lord's Supper (Eucharist), substituted baptism (others being baptized for you), or even a physical act of yourself such as being baptized (amerced, or sprinkled with water) as the means to salvation. Jesus Christ of Nazareth told Nicodemus "Ye must be born again" (of the Spirit, John 3:6).

Here is a really important statement (which follows).

A lot of good people, people who would love to serve God, never commit to do so, as they have not been told the fact, that they can not live perfect, and that is normal. They can love Jesus, accept his eternal salvation, enjoy serving Him, as they can, and enjoy the people of God, because Christ has paid the price for their sins. They must openly accept Him, as He openly died for (you) them, and (your) their sin. Not just the sin they have committed, but all their sin, past, present and future.

God said in His Holy Bible to obey the law of man ("give unto Caesar what is Caesar's"), and to obey God's law. Man may be able to obey man's law, but without Jesus Christ of Nazareth you cannot obey God's law. Jesus gives you the victory, informs you of, and will enable you to live in a perfect relationship with God.

You say that is too easy, just believing Jesus Christ of Nazareth will save you, and you're saved. Yes; you just have to do it, and believe Jesus is all-powerful, and capable of doing what he said. He said (John 10:27-30) " My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand. My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of My Father's hand. I and My Father are one."

You must have a daily walk with Christ (with Jesus Christ of Nazareth as your pattern of life, in devotions with Him). Why? Because some words or thoughts are going to creep in and appear in your mind, whether someone speaks them to you or otherwise. Either you will read the word of God into your mind, taking control of your mind for God, or that one which is not God will have his way with your mind. One or the other is going to happen. Your going to grow and be encouraged by one or the other.

It doesn't take any time, you just have to pray, (tell God what you want, give God some of your time) and give Him some time reading his word daily. It may only be a minute, or even less. Isn't that silly? Just a minute or less. No, it is not; not if you command yourself to give God any time, no matter how little, he will give you victory for all times. The truth is you have to mean it when you say Jesus will eternally save you, for He can and really will. If you believe that he arose from the dead, and that God was revealed when you see Jesus Christ of Nazareth, and you attempt to live the life of Jesus Christ of Nazareth in you. God will sustain and eternally save you. When born again (saved), how can we be unborn (unsaved)? John 16:23 "And in that day you will ask Me nothing. Most assuredly, I say to you, whatever you ask the Father in My name He will give you. 24. "Until now you have asked nothing in My name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full."

Jesus Christ of Nazareth is the way (he is the roadmap, the pattern, the only hope for the revelation of God in mankind), and if God is going to be revealed in your life, you've got to give it up, and let Jesus Christ of Nazareth live in you.

Oh, your gonna fail, but Jesus Christ of Nazareth will love you. Ask forgiveness, and Jesus Christ of Nazareth will cover you with His blood, God will see through Jesus Christ of Nazareth's blood as a sacrifice for the atonement of your sin, forgive and save your soul, spirit, mind and body.

If you choose to accept the free gift of eternal life and eternal salvation, confess your sins daily, and never stop trying daily.

Oh, your going get better, and maybe not commit the same sin's, or not commit as many of the same old sin's as yesterday, but God is going to show you some new sin's, and what do you know, your a sinner, confess your sin's; seriously. Try not to do it again, ask God to cover you (and your sins) with Christ's blood sacrifice, and forgive you. You will find out you will continue with eternal life and victory. It's just that easy.

Good people are feeling bad about themselves because they can't live perfect, and that's right, they can't live perfect. Jesus Christ of Nazareth came to establish salvation and a new law, and do away with the old law. You can live in a perfect relationship with God's law.

The Ten Commandments was the old law. The Ten Commandments is the "school teacher" to show you what is right and what is wrong. The old law (the Ten Commandments) which was fulfilled in Christ Jesus, means; It (the ten commandments) has shown you how to act, and that, you can't act the way you would like and be perfect, and so the old law, (the Ten Commandments) convicted you to trust in and seek God's help on how to be saved, and the only salvation can be through the free gift from Jesus Christ of Nazareth, and a daily walk in His pattern for Life.

Now it is up to you to walk the daily walk and have a devotional to continue to grow in the kingdom and victory of God.

Please put the "My Utmost For His Highest" book in a safe bag (like a ziplock) to protect it, and read it daily. It is a daily devotional, and contains daily readings from God's Word regarding Eternal Life.

There is no argument with God's Word. To learn what the scriptures truly have to say; the true thought of the scripture, follow this rule. Never speak when the scripture is silent. Read the scriptures, every word of each verse. Read complete verses, don't take words out of a verse, out of context. When the bible scripture speaks believe it, and when it is silent dare not add to it. God will avenge Himself; He and His Word are one. The word was made flesh and it dwelt among us, Jesus Christ of Nazareth (John 1:1-10)

The Bible says the Word was God, and dwelt with men. The Word of God being God, will work without your help, guidance, or meditation. Just put it inside your mind in its pure state; speak when it speaks, and be silent when it is silent and you will understand its truths. Do so in a daily devotion. Your temporal (earthy Life), and eternal life (past, present, and future) depends upon your own personal decision to accept this free gift of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.

The Bible says 'His word is more powerful than a two edged sword, mighty to the pulling down of strongholds and mighty kingdoms, so God's word when you put it in your mind will accomplish His promises.

Most people only hope to believe that someday they would be made so they can live a perfect life, and then they would accept Jesus Christ of Nazareth's way, and live the saved life. If that was the case then Jesus Christ of Nazareth would not have had to die that awful death on the cross, head cut with long thorns, and a sharp spear stuck in His side. He had to die for unworthy sinners, unworthy of even talking to God, much less of receiving eternal life. We ask the Father (God) in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, and because Jesus Christ of Nazareth is worthy, our debt of sin is paid by Jesus Christ of Nazareth's death, your prayer heard, and prayer granted, fulfilled and caused to happen on earth, in your present life.

Realize God can give you the best, and you're willing to let the word of God (Jesus Christ of Nazareth, the Word of God, John 1:1-10) work in your life.

Every body has sin, and as soon as you realize that, it's normal, deadly, and there's nothing you can do about it, your only hope is in the person of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, and each person is saved only when (you) they believe in, trust, believe in, and did I say trust in the gift, and did I say believe in, yes; trust (faith) and believe in, do I need to say "Trust" again in the free gift of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. You can't earn or deserve salvation, only in the way of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, walking with Jesus Christ of Nazareth as your pattern of life each day.

Your going to mess it up, then you have to confess and trust in Jesus Christ of Nazareth, your going to commit another sin, then you have to confess, trust Jesus Christ of Nazareth to receive the victory and salvation on earth and eternally and your going to fulfill the law of God.

That is the precious pleasure and glory of God, and God's happiness; that you choose Him and His way. He gives you a gift, and He receives happiness when you try to do right for Him. Ask Him, and trust Him. Don't you see? That gives God pleasure; to help you, when you chose Him, and He is able to give you the free gift, beautiful riches, knowledge, guidance and protection.

"The Just shall live by faith". This is what the Bible means by faith. Another word for "faith" is "trust". If you could see with your eyes, and you could feel with you body, then that would not be faith. It is, when you can't feel, and can't see, when you have to trust God, that you are in faith. This brings God his greatest pleasure that you trust Him, and He supplies every need on earth and in heaven.

God says that the "Just shall live by faith", and "that without faith it is impossible to please God". Believe it and receive from God.

Now you know that all good things come from God, you know your blessings come from God. A good experience or circumstance of good happening, is when God chooses to remain anonymous.

How can life be made easier day after day? It already is in Jesus Christ of Nazareth, if we accept Him, and follow His daily devotion and pattern.

Now you know your normal, you can't help but sin. You're not any worse than even the best person, other than Jesus Christ of Nazareth, "for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" (John 3:23), and you can be saved while in sin.

You can be saved, and saved forever. God says, "He will never let one be taken out of His hand who He has once saved".(John 10:28-29) "And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand." " My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of My Father's hand."

Sin is pain, death, delusion, being lost, making wrong decisions, confusion, missing the mark of your goals, having the wrong goals, death and loss.

The thing to watch out for is, God does not patch up a soul; a soul must get into contact with the life of God Himself.

God creates something He can create in no other way than through prayer and a daily devotional with Him.

Read  and believe (one paragraph a day   "My Utmost for His Highest") your Holy Bible.

Below: Thoughts of Oswald Chambers, "My Utmost for the Highest", Daily Devotional

"For by one offering He hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified Hebrews 10:14

We trample the blood of the Son of God underfoot if we think we are forgiven because we are sorry for our sins. The only explanation of the forgiveness of God and the unfathomable depth of His forgetting is the Death of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Our repentance is merely the outcome of our personal realization of the Atonement which He has worked out for us. "Christ Jesus". . .is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption. "When we realize that Christ is made all of this to us, the boundless joy of God begins. Wherever the joy of God is not present, the death sentence is at work.

It does not matter who or what we are, there is absolute reinstatement into God by the death of Jesus Christ of Nazareth and by no other way, not because Christ pleads, but because He died. It is not earned, but accepted. All pleading which deliberately refuses to recognize the Cross is of no avail; it is battering at another door than the one which Jesus has opened. I don't want to come that way, it is too humiliating to be received as a sinner. "There is non other Name . . . " The apparent heartlessness of God is the expression of His real heart, there is boundless entrance in His way. "We have forgiveness through His blood." Identification with the death of Jesus Christ of Nazareth means identification with Him to the death of everything that never was in Him. God is justified in saving bad men only as he makes them good. Our Lord does not pretend we are all right when we are all wrong. The Atonement is a propitiation whereby God through the death of Jesus makes an unholy man holy.

"The Offence Of The Natural"

"And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts" Galatians 5:24

The natural life is not sinful; we must be apostatized from sin, have nothing to do with sin in any shape or form. Sin belongs to hell and the devil; I, as a child of God, belong to heaven and God. It is not a question of giving up sin, but of giving up my right to myself, my natural independence and self-assertiveness, and this is where the battle has to be fought. It is the things that are right and noble and good from the natural standpoint that keep us back from God's best. To discern that natural virtues antagonize surrender to God, is to bring our soul into the center of its battle. Very few of us debate with the sordid and evil and wrong, but we do debate with the good. It is the good that hates the best, and the higher up you get in the scale of the natural virtues, the more intense is the opposition to Jesus Christ of Nazareth. "They that are Christ's have crucified the flesh" -it is going to cost the natural in you everything, not something. Jesus said -"If any man will be My disciple, let him deny himself," i.e. his right to himself, and a man has to realize Who Jesus Christ of Nazareth is before he will do it. Beware of refusing to go to the funeral of your own independence.

The natural life is not spiritual, and it can only be made spiritual by sacrifice. If we do not resolutely sacrifice the natural, the supernatural can never become natural in us. There is no royal road there; each of us has it entirely in his own hands. It is not a question of praying, but of performing. (Oswald Chambers 1874-1917)

Hebrews 13:5 Let your conduct be without covetousness, and be content with such things as you have. For He Himself has said, "I will never leave you nor forsake you.''

2 Timothy 2:15 Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

Romans 8:24 For we were saved in this hope, but hope that is seen is not hope; for why does one still hope for what he sees?

Romans 15:4 For whatever things were written before were written for our learning, that we through the patience and comfort of the Scriptures might have hope. (Patience and Comfort that you might have hope)

Acts 26:6 "And now I stand and am judged for the hope of the promise made by God to our fathers.

Romans 8:25 But if we hope for what we do not see, then we eagerly wait for it with perseverance.

Romans 15:13 Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Ephesians 1:18 the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, (The scriptures to be enlightened, after receiving hope you need to have knowledge what the hope is, and what it is for? That comes from Holy Word)

Ephesians 2:12 Without the guidance of the scriptures you are aliens to the promise, and aliens without God's word working in your world. (that at that time you were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in this world).

Ephesians 4:4 There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called in one hope of your calling; (one hope)

1 Thessalonians 5:8 But let us who are of the day be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love, and as a helmet the hope of salvation.

Hebrews 7:19 for the law made nothing perfect; on the other hand, there is the bringing in of a better hope, through which we draw near to God.

1 Peter 3:15 But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts, and always be ready to give a defense to everyone who asks you a reason for the hope that is in you, with meekness and fear;

Matthew 7:13-15 13 "Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. 14 "Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it. 15 "Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. (Wide is the gate to destruction and many will choose destruction without guidance, few are gonna find the way because of false prophets and ignorance.

John 14:6-7 6 Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. 7 "If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also; and from now on you know Him and have seen Him." (Jesus is the only way to see God.)

Matthew 14:35 35. And when the men of that place recognized Him, they sent out into all that surrounding region, brought to Him all who were sick, (When men had knowledge who Christ was, they knew he could restore the most needy, and do the impossible, Really!)

Acts 4:13 Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were uneducated and untrained men, they marveled. And they realized that they had been with Jesus. (Uneducated men gained intellect, knew how to speak and act as the most highly educated).

Romans 1:28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a debased mind, to do those things which are not fitting; (When you don't put God into your mind, God knows it, and here is one positive statement, He will "turn you over to a reprobate mind, to do those things not convenient", things you don't want to do.

Romans 3:18-28 "There is no fear of God before their eyes.'' 19 Now we know that whatever the law says, it says to those who are under the law, that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God. 20 Therefore by the deeds of the law no flesh will be justified in His sight, for by the law is the knowledge of sin. 21 But now the righteousness of God apart from the law is revealed, being witnessed by the Law and the Prophets, 22 even the righteousness of God which is through faith in Jesus Christ to all and on all who believe. For there is no difference; 23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, 24 being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, 25 whom God set forth to be a propitiation by His blood, through faith, to demonstrate His righteousness, because in His forbearance God had passed over the sins that were previously committed, 26 to demonstrate at the present time His righteousness, that He might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus. 27 Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? Of works? No, but by the law of faith. 28 Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith apart from the deeds of the law.

2 Corinthians 4:6-7 6 For it is the God who commanded light to shine out of darkness who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. 7 But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us.

Romans 3:20 Therefore by the deeds of the law no flesh will be justified in His sight, for by the law is the knowledge of sin. (The "thou shalt not", "Can't save you, Only by the Spirit of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, The Word in you will reveal how to be saved. No body can help you, But the Word of ("Jesus Christ of Nazareth" )in you is the power and the word.

1 Corinthians 12:8 for to one is given the word of wisdom through the Spirit, to another the word of knowledge through the same Spirit, (The Word will put the Spirit in you by "Jesus Christ of Nazareth", and give you all the knowledge.

2 Corinthians 2:14 Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and through us diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge in every place. (The knowledge of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, then will make you Triumph, and be Victorious in every place.

2 Corinthians 10:4-6 4 For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, 5 casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, 6 and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled.

2 Corinthians 11:6 Even though I am untrained in speech, yet I am not in knowledge. But we have been thoroughly made manifest among you in all things.

Ephesians 1:17 17. that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, (God will give you the Spirit of wisdom, and necessary knowledge of what you need to do in the future to full fill God's possibilities for you.)

Ephesians 3:4 by which, when you read, you may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ, (When you read you will understand the "mystery of Christ 's plan of Salvation".

Philippians 1:9 And this I pray, that your love may abound still more and more in knowledge and all discernment, (You will Love the knowledge and decision making ability that reading the Word of God will bring you, that's the Promise of God, You will Love it.)

Philippians 3:8 But indeed I also count all things loss for the excellence of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them as rubbish, that I may gain Christ.

Colossians 1:9 For this reason we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to ask that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; (That is why the Early Church prayed; to hear and receive the Word of God, to receive All Wisdom and Understanding.)

Colossians 2:2-4 2. that their hearts may be encouraged, being knit together in love, and attaining to all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the knowledge of the mystery of God, both of the Father and of Christ, 3. in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. 4. Now this I say lest anyone should deceive you with persuasive words. (In Christ, God has hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. Not just knowing, or riches, but genius in how to spend it.

Colossians 3:10 and have put on the new man who is renewed in knowledge according to the image of Him who created him, (The commitment, not just commitment, but the love to enjoy the riches that is possible in Christ.

2 Timothy 3:1-8 1. But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: 2. For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3. unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, 4. traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, 5. having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away! 6. For of this sort are those who creep into households and make captives of gullible women loaded down with sins, led away by various lusts, 7. always learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. 8. Now as Jannes and Jambres resisted Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, disapproved concerning the faith;

1 John 2:23 Whoever denies the Son does not have the Father either; he who acknowledges the Son has the Father also.

2 Timothy 2:15 Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

Matthew 6:11 Give us this day our daily bread.

Luke 9:23 Then He said to them all, "If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow Me.

Acts 17:11 These were more fair-minded than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness, and searched the Scriptures daily to find out whether these things were so.

Hebrews 3:13 but exhort one another daily, while it is called "Today,'' lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.

Matthew 4:4 But He answered and said, "It is written, `Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.' ''

Matthew 8:8 The centurion answered and said, "Lord, I am not worthy that You should come under my roof. But only speak a word, and my servant will be healed.

Matthew 8:16 When evening had come, they brought to Him many who were demon-possessed. And He cast out the spirits with a word, and healed all who were sick,

Matthew 10:14 "And whoever will not receive you nor hear your words, when you depart from that house or city, shake off the dust from your feet.

Matthew 12:36 "But I say to you that for every idle word men may speak, they will give account of it in the Day of Judgment.

Matthew 12:37 "For by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned.''

Matthew 13:19 "When anyone hears the word of the kingdom, and does not understand it, then the wicked one comes and snatches away what was sown in his heart. This is he who received seed by the wayside.

Matthew 13:23 "But he who received seed on the good ground is he who hears the word and understands it, who indeed bears fruit and produces: some a hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.''

Matthew 24:35 "Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away.

John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

John 1:14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.

John 2:22 Therefore, when He had risen from the dead, His disciples remembered that He had said this to them; and they believed the Scripture and the word which Jesus had said.

John 5:24 "Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life.

John 5:38 "But you do not have His word abiding in you, because whom He sent, Him you do not believe.

John 6:63 "It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life.

John 8:31-37 31 Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, "If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed. 32 "And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.'' 33 They answered Him, "We are Abraham's descendants, and have never been in bondage to anyone. How can you say, `You will be made free'?'' 34 Jesus answered them, "Most assuredly, I say to you, whoever commits sin is a slave of sin. 35 "And a slave does not abide in the house forever, but a son abides forever. 36 "Therefore if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed. 37 "I know that you are Abraham's descendants, but you seek to kill Me, because My word has no place in you.

John 8:43 "Why do you not understand My speech? Because you are not able to listen to My word.

John 8:47 "He who is of God hears God's words; therefore you do not hear, because you are not of God.''

John 12:47 "And if anyone hears My words and does not believe, I do not judge him; for I did not come to judge the world but to save the world. John 12:48 "He who rejects Me, and does not receive My words, has that which judges him the word that I have spoken will judge him in the last day.

John 14:10-14 10 "Do you not believe that I am in the Father, and the Father in Me? The words that I speak to you I do not speak on My own authority; but the Father who dwells in Me does the works. 11 "Believe Me that I am in the Father and the Father in Me, or else believe Me for the sake of the works themselves. 12 "Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father. 13 "And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14 "If you ask anything in My name, I will do it.

John 14:24 "He who does not love Me does not keep My words; and the word which you hear is not Mine but the Father's who sent Me.

John 15:3 "You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you.
